S/B Probe Unit
其待測物(Panel)，已預先將待測物內的pixels區分成N個區塊，並將其訊號串連到待測物上方之Pad，其S/B主要是針對這些Pad進行點測，測試成像之畫面主要有R、G、B、黑、白、灰階這六個成像，目前治具精度可測試的Pad大小為0.3，間距為0.5mm。
